Graphite Mould for Continuous Casting
Graphite Mould is used for Copper, Platinum, Gold, Sliver and other non ferrous metal, steel and stainless steel continuous casting mould.
The graphite crucible can be divided into normal graphite crucible, abnormal graphite crucible and high pure graphite crucible.
Silicon Carbide (SiC) Crucible
Sic graphite crucibles are widely used for melting aluminum , copper etc which has the advantage of high efficiency , Energy-saving ,Environmental protection etc.
Continuous Casting refractory includes tundish nozzle, long nozzle. submerged entry nozzle, stopper, zirconium nozzle, well block.
Lance pipe is used for blowing in steelmaking, it is made of steel pipe with inside & outside surface calorized & ceramic coated, it has a great advantage in anti-oxidation, anti- sulphurization, thermal resistant, anti-erosion, easy operation.
