Rebar On-Line Automatic Counting and splitting System
The rebar counting system uses the machine vision for the image identification and image registration to count. When the number of rebars reaches the preset setting, the system will track the position of separators and rebars in real-time. It will control the separators to automatic split.
K type thermocouple is a sensor for temperature measurement. It can be connected to a fast potentiometer or a digital instrument to measure temperatures of melted iron, steel or other metals.
The sampler is suitable for every steel factory to sample in tundish, ladle and horizontal casting.
