Ceramic foam filter is produced by special processes with fine ceramic material which can be used for the filtration of molten steel, iron castings and non-ferrous alloy. The filter can effectively remove non-metallic inclusions like slag and dross of molten metal. As a result, the pore, sand and dross hole could be reduced to a very low level and the surface quality, machining property and mechanical property is improved. The filter can also reduce turbulence in the gating system and help to improve the quality of castings. It’s a typically ideal choice for producing superior quality castings.

Round shape: ф40-250mm
PPI (Hole numbers/25mm): 6,10,15,20,25 etc.
