ANSSEN Ladle application

Blast furnace molten iron transportation
Single station LF and RH, with the use of two new energy car, improve smelting efficiency and reduce crane collision waiting time.
A safe, efficient, and intelligent steel transportation system is achieved by using a new energy ladle car to transport ladle between converter, refining, and other stations. During the station conversion process, no crane is used to lift the ladle.
Finished product or scrap transportation
- Logistics transportation within warehouses for coils, long materials, profiles, plates, etc.
- New energy metallurgical cars are used for equipment transportation or scrap transportation to avoid occupying logistics routes.
When traditional power supply methods such as cables an sliding contact wires are not applicable
