The ingot mould is a kind of cast iron mould to manufacture the steel ingot. It is indispendable mould equipment in steel plant.
About the ingot mould, we can supply flat ingot mould, round ingot mould, square ingot mould, polygonal ingot mould.
The flat ingot mould is mainly used to produce steel rolling thick steel billet, unit weight is 11-60mt, the material is gray cast iron.
Now we can supply standard model flag ingot mould: 11.6T、13.4T、16T、19T、20T、23T、25T、26T、29T、31T、33T、35T、40T、45T、48T.
The round ingot mould is mainly used to produce forged steel billet, unit weight is 2-150mt, the material is gray cast iron.
Now we can supply standard model round ingot mould: 16 edge forged mould 10-48mt (including 18 models)
Small round ingot mould is mainly used to produce steel bar, the unit weight is 1-30mt, the material is ductile cast iron and gray cast iron,.
Square ingot mould is mainly used to produce rolling steel billet, material is ductile cast iron and gray cast iron.
Hot top material is ductile cast iron and gray cast iron.
Ingot mould according to cast steel ingot weight can be divided into large, medium and small.
