Copper mould is placed in the heart position of continuous casting machine(CCM), its function is to solidify the liquid steel pouring through the Submerged entry nozzle(SEN), guarantees required billet/bloom/slab with enough thick shell to be obtained.

The mould assembly is the key part of the continuous casting machine，and its structural performance directly affects the production and quality of the continuous casting billet.

The dummy bar is used to tract and lead the cooled and solidified strand and pull it out by the withdrawal and straightening machine.

The essence of electromagnetic stirring is to agitate molten steel in casting blank, therefore to change and optimize the transfer of molten steel and heat exchange in the casting blank, and finally achieve targets of quality improvement and higher productivity.

Crushing the additives (deoxidant, desulfurizer, alloys) into certain granulation (in the form of powder), then, using the equipment to fill the powder into the “U” shaped sheath, which is made of high quality cold rolled steel strip, lastly, tightly closing the wire, so a multiple material (cored wire) with certain length will be obtained.

The electrode surface is tin plated, corrosion-resistant, and has good conductivity. The end is equipped with a lifting ring for easy on-site installation. The fastening of the rubber hose to the electrode adopts two stainless steel clamps, which are safe and reliable. The outer protective sleeve uses high-quality rubber hose, which is soft and has good bending performance. The soft wire is made of high-strength enameled wire, which is corrosion-resistant and has no surface skin effect.

Furnace conductive arm is composed of electrode cooling spray ring, electrode hoop, electrode clamp, electrode soot blower, electrode clamping system, conductive arm body, water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, oil inlet pipe, metal hose, and water-cooled cable connecting plate.

The slide gate is widely used in large and medium size ladle.

Continuous Casting refractory includes tundish nozzle, long nozzle. submerged entry nozzle, stopper, zirconium nozzle, well block.

Application: Excellent cutting & removing, weld and casting crowns, repairs of making dies.

Slag pot is widely used in steel and casting industry， and used for holding the steel slag.

The ingot mould is a kind of cast iron mould to manufacture the steel ingot.

Made by ceramic fiber, the spoon can be used as a tool to spoon the liquid metal or pouring spoon for small work-piece casting.
